1. Custom Design & Development Services
Due to the nature of digital and creative services, we generally do not offer refunds once a project has begun. This includes, but is not limited to:

Wix website design

HTML/CSS/JavaScript development

ReactJS front-end projects

UI/UX customization
However, a refund may be considered if:

The project has not yet started and no time or resources have been spent.

A written cancellation request is submitted within 24 hours of placing the order.

The service is cancelled by MoreDesigns due to unforeseen circumstances.
2. Templates & Digital Products
All sales of digital products (such as Wix templates or downloadable assets) are final and non-refundable once the product has been delivered or accessed. No exceptions will be made.
3. Checkout and Payment Information
At the time of purchase, you will be asked to provide basic customer details (such as your name and email). Payment is securely processed through Razorpay, which may require additional billing details. By proceeding with checkout, you agree to provide accurate information for transaction and delivery purposes.
