MoreDesigns offers:

  • Custom website design & development (React Js, Wix, HTML, WordPress)

  • Premium downloadable digital products such as Figma UI Kits, design templates, and design systems

All services and products are subject to availability and may change without notice.

2. Product Downloads (Figma UI Kits and Templates)

  • By purchasing or downloading digital products, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use them for personal or commercial projects (excluding resale).

  • You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or claim ownership of these products.

  • Downloads are for the registered user only and tied to the email/account used during purchase or access.

  • File delivery will be done via secure download links or user account access.

3. Use of the Website

By using our website, you agree that:

  • You will not misuse or attempt to disrupt our site or services.

  • You will not copy or reproduce any content without written permission.

  • You will provide accurate information when filling out forms or contacting us.

4. User Accounts & Login

Account creation is not mandatory to purchase or download digital products. You may check out directly as a guest using your email and billing details.

 

However, to access restricted content, manage your downloads, or view order history, users have the option to create an account.

When creating an account, the following information may be required:

  • Required data includes: Email and Password you are also directly login with google and FaceBook.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.

  • Misuse of accounts may result in suspension or termination.

5. Payment & Personal Information

We use Razorpay to process payments securely on our website. During checkout, you will be required to provide personal and billing details such as:

  • Full Name

  • Email Address

  • Phone Number

  • Billing Address (Country, City, Region, ZIP)

This data is collected only to complete the transaction and will not be shared or sold to any third party, except as required to process the payment securely.
 

You agree that the information provided is accurate and belongs to you.

6. Use of the Website

By using our website, you agree:

  • Not to disrupt, hack, or misuse the platform or services.

  • Not to reproduce or distribute site content without written permission.

  • To provide accurate, up-to-date information when filling out forms.

8. Payments & Refunds

  • All prices and payment terms will be clearly communicated before project start.

  • For Wix and digital services, once the project begins, partial or full refunds may not be possible.

  • Any refund requests must comply with the agreement and timelines stated at the time of purchase.

  • Digital downloads (e.g., Figma UI kits) are non-refundable once accessed or delivered.

9. Project Delivery

  • Project timelines are discussed before the start and are subject to revisions depending on client feedback and requirements.

  • Delays caused by incomplete information or late responses from the client may extend the delivery timeline.

10. Third-Party Tools

We may use third-party services such as Wix, Google Fonts, or analytics tools. Your use of those features is subject to the terms of the respective third parties.

11. Limitation of Liability

MoreDesigns is not liable for:

  • Any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our services

  • Downtime or errors caused by third-party platforms (like Wix)

  • Issues caused by client modifications or third-party plugins

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:

  • The client breaches these Terms

  • Payment is not received within the agreed timeline

  • The project involves illegal, unethical, or offensive content

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. The latest version will always be available on this page, and continued use of our services means you accept the changes.
