Shipping & Delivery Policy

At MoreDesigns, we specialize in delivering digital products and services such as custom websites, templates, and front-end development. Please review our policy regarding delivery timelines and methods.

1. Digital Delivery Only

We do not ship any physical goods. All services and products offered on moredesigns (moredesign) are delivered digitally via the contact information you provide (such as email).

Please note: During payment, billing address and contact details may be collected through Razorpay for payment verification purposes only — these are not used for delivery.

Deliveries may include:

  • Email

  • Google Drive or Dropbox (if applicable)

  • Direct website access or dashboard: 

    • WordPress: We install the theme, plugin, or website on your WordPress site and share admin login details if needed.

    • Wix: We transfer the website/template to your Wix account and give you full dashboard access

2. Revisions & Updates

If your service includes revisions, updated versions will also be delivered digitally within the revised timeline. We will communicate clearly throughout the process to ensure satisfaction.

3. Client Responsibility

It is the client’s responsibility to:

  • Provide accurate contact information

  • Respond in a timely manner to feedback or revision requests

  • Check spam or promotions folders if delivery emails are not received
